    How to play

    How to play

    Polyguno is a multiplayer .io game where you fly a polygon through space and shoot everyone else. Every level adds a side to your ship, and every side is a life.

    1. Collect stardust

    Shoot stars and planets to knock off stardust, then fly close to pull it in. Stardust is your XP. Big planets pay the most, so they turn into battlegrounds.

    2. Add a side

    Each level turns your ship into a bigger shape, from triangle to decagon. Every new side holds a stat pack you pick: attack, defense, speed or dexterity.

    3. Every side is a life

    Run out of health and your ship loses a side and one of its packs, and bursts into stardust anyone can grab. Lose your last side as a triangle and you're out.

    Bigger shapes have more lives and more packs, but they're slower and easier to hit. Total XP for each shape:

    You pick your ship's two starting packs before you spawn. On each level-up you get three to choose from (keys 1 to 3).

    FAQ

    Is Polyguno free?
    Yes. It's a free browser game: open polyg.uno and press Play.
    Do I need to download anything?
    No download and no account. It runs in any modern desktop browser.
    Can I play with friends?
    New players join the fullest open arena, so friends who start together usually land in the same one.
    Who are the other players?
    Real people, up to 10 per arena. Quiet arenas are topped up to 8 with bots, which leave as people join.
    Can I just watch?
    Yes. Press Watch to fly a free camera over any arena, zoom out, and follow anyone on the leaderboard.
